Senior Auditor Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Auditor to lead our audit team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of auditing principles and practices, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a minimum of 6-10 years of auditing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage audit teams to deliver high-quality audit services to clients.
  2. Plan, coordinate, and execute audit engagements, including risk assessments, test plans, and audit reports.
  3. Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to provide additional services.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
  6. Participate in quality control and assurance activities to ensure high-quality audit services.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 6-10 years of auditing experience.
  2. Professional certification (CA, CPA, CMA, etc).
  3. Strong understanding of auditing principles and practices.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Minimum age requirement: 35 years old.

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience with auditing software and technology.
  2. Knowledge of industry-specific auditing standards and regulations.
  3. Experience with internal audit, risk management, or compliance.
