Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in collaboration with the multi-professional team, adhering to set clinical standards and relevant legislation.
- Identify, prevent, and manage risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures, and relevant legislation to ensure patient safety.
- Take active responsibility for creating a positive patient experience by establishing a conducive environment, as guided by nursing leadership.
- Contribute to a learning environment that fosters employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring, and coaching learners and nursing employees.
A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is essential for this role.
Required ExperienceAt least two years of experience in a similar role is required. UAE experience is highly desirable.
Required Job Skills and Knowledge- Basic Arabic language skills are necessary for effective communication.
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and computer literacy are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary for success in this role.
