Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Inclusion Educator to join our dynamic team for the 2025-2026 academic year. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing inclusive strategies that meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop and implement tailored education plans that address the unique needs of each student.
- Provide targeted support and instruction to individuals or small groups, promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' diverse learning needs and work closely with the inclusion team and parents to create personalized education plans.
- Foster a collaborative support network among parents, teachers, and external specialists to ensure seamless support for students.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and accommodations to address diverse learning needs.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices, research, and advancements in special education.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom culture that celebrates diversity and promotes a sense of belonging for all students.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
- Exceptional communication skills to work closely with students, parents, and colleagues
