We are seeking an experienced Creative Director & Operations Head with a proven track record in luxury hospitality, food & beverage, and residential projects across the GCC. This role combines creative leadership with strategic business management, ensuring innovative design solutions while driving operational efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Leadership: Develop and execute design strategies while aligning with the firm's vision and branding.
2. Design Management: Product Design, ID, and Interior Architecture Skills. Aesthetic & Creative Design flair.
3. Project Oversight: Lead and manage luxury hospitality and residential projects from concept to completion, ensuring high standards and regulatory compliance.
4. Operations Management: Oversee business operations, Finance, HR, and strategic project planning.
5. Team Leadership: Mentor design teams, fostering creativity and operational excellence.
6. Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
7. Compliance & Efficiency: Implement efficient processes and ensure legal compliance.
8. Technology & Innovation: Utilize cutting-edge design software and emerging technologies.
9. Financial: Be financially astute, with an ability to manage financial resource planning and P&L Management.
10. Administration: Prepare and submit monthly reports on performance, budgets, forecasts, and new business.
11. Team Management: Manage the day-to-day of a Design Studio. Process improvements and problem solving.
12. Brand Ambassador: Represent the company where required. Events, PR Opportunities, and Media.
13. RFP's & Commercials: Oversee the preparation and evaluation of proposals including risk mitigation.
Requirements:
1. 10 to 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality and residential design, with at least 5 to 7 years in Dubai/UAE.
2. Expertise in design management and business operations within the hospitality and design industry.
3. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
4. Proven ability to Create & Develop Concept Design, branding strategies, and streamline operations.
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, and relevant project management tools.
6. Strong financial acumen, business strategy, and vendor management experience.
7. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
