  2. Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements across both AMZL and FC processes. Dive deep to identify root causes of performance issues and implement effective solutions.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes. Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to drive Dive Deep analyses and implement process enhancements.
  4. Communication & Collaboration: Communicate daily metrics and report exceptions. Effectively communicate with business and technical audiences, influencing decisions and driving alignment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges and share best practices.
  5. Problem Solving & Decision Making: Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Act decisively in a fast-paced environment, exercising sound judgment and making informed decisions.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience. 1+ year employee and performance management experience. Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Strong team player with the ability to motivate others.
