Job Summary
The Cyber Security Manager will oversee and manage the organization's information security program, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our digital assets.
This includes implementing and managing Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance, penetration testing, and other relevant security measures/controls.
The ISM will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to develop and maintain a robust cybersecurity posture that aligns with Papel's business objectives and risk appetite.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive information security program, including policies, procedures, and controls, to protect digital assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage PCI DSS compliance implementation and maintenance, ensuring regular audits and adherence to industry best practices.
- Oversee penetration testing activities, including vulnerability assessments and security incident response, to identify and remediate potential security risks.
- Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to assess and address information security risks, ensuring mitigation measures align with business objectives and risk appetite.
- Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, recommending countermeasures to protect digital assets.
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness training programs to educate employees on information security importance and their role in maintaining a secure environment.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring effective communication of information security requirements and integration into third-party contracts.
Requirements
- 7 years experience in information and cyber security in financial services; Fintech experience highly valued.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and drive informed decision-making.
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards governing fintech, digital assets, and global payment industries.
