  • Identify potential risks, evaluate their impact, and create mitigation strategies.
  • Continuously monitor and address risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, including clients, executives, and team members.
  • Deliver regular project updates, status reports, and presentations.
  • Manage project scope and implement changes through established change control processes.
  • Ensure project objectives align with stakeholder expectations.
  • Establish and oversee quality assurance processes to guarantee project deliverables meet required standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews and testing to validate project outcomes.
  • Coordinate and supervise the execution of project tasks according to the project plan.
  • Track progress, monitor milestones, and address any deviations from the plan.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including requirements, design documents, meeting minutes, and change logs.
  • Generate detailed project status reports and performance metrics.
  • Analyze project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement process enhancements for future projects.
  • Stay informed on IT trends, emerging technologies, and project management best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification is often preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as an IT Project Manager managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in risk management, scope management, and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and technology trends.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience designing web pages using HTML and CSS.
  • Five (5) or more years of general Graphic Design experience using Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience with JavaScript.
  • Four (4) or more years of experience with jQuery.
  • Experience in designing sites for mobile environments.
  • Experience in Adobe Dreamweaver.
  • Experience testing websites across multiple browsers and device specifications.
  • Experience preparing briefings and status reports for management.
  • BSc/BA in computer science or relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
