We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring daily office operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and performing general accounting duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and monitor daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts and administrative documents.
  3. Coordinate logistics and resources to support the smooth operation of the business.
  4. Perform general accounting duties as assigned, including data entry, reconciliations, and reporting.

Requirements:

  1. Preferably a Philippine female with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Aged 30 and above.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
  4. Able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and management.
