  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with executive leadership, investors, consultants, and external partners to align design objectives with business and market strategies.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree or certification in design is an advantage.
  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 10 years in high-end projects, focusing on luxury residential or hospitality projects in the Middle East.
  • Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading luxury design projects from concept through to completion.
