About the Role: We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our team at Via Medica International. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for payroll entry and preparation, employee leave management, and other HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter payroll data into SAP and Excel.
- Coordinate with other departments for timely submission of payroll data.
- Handle employee leave management and inform staff of leave approvals/disapprovals.
- Attend to employee queries and clarifications on leave, payroll, and labour matters/compliance.
- Prepare data for employee end-of-service benefits and facilitate employee exit formalities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in payroll and benefits management.
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and other related tools.
