Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Technician to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our technical systems and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform daily preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal operation of our technical systems.
  2. Implement and monitor safety protocols and maintenance contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Oversee the proper functioning of all technical elements and installations, manage their life cycles, and coordinate with subcontracting companies.
  4. Manage and optimize energy consumption, implement and monitor the Preventive Maintenance Plan, and ensure the efficient use of resources.
  5. Coordinate and lead teams to implement and monitor regulatory procedures for fire safety, ensuring the safety of people and property, and guest quality and comfort.
  6. Prepare and follow up on action plans for Safety Committees and regulatory bodies.
  7. Advise the General Manager on specialized intervention needs and provide technical expertise to support business decisions.
  8. Work with the General Manager to manage the investment plan of the establishment and optimize technical expenses in accordance with company procedures.
  9. Manage all suppliers and subcontractors, soliciting bids, conducting competitive tenders, and requesting quotes.

Qualifications:
