About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cabin Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of CAMO experience as a Fleet Management Engineer/Technical Services engineer in Technical Commercial Aviation or Airline Engineering.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  1. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and improve Fleet airframe system/Cabin & IFE within design specifications, optimizing on-time performance and maintenance cost to meet management and customer satisfaction.
  2. Perform root cause analysis to develop or identify corrective actions, contact OEMs as required, and prioritize a plan with internal and external stakeholders to improve fleet reliability and on-time performance.
  3. Develop and implement a plan to improve fleet reliability and on-time performance, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Review and incorporate Airworthiness Directives and mandatory Service Bulletins on fleet, assessing modifications, issuing related documents, and ensuring compliance in a timely manner.
