Key Objectives- Develop a comprehensive understanding of ITIL practices, particularly Configuration Management, Asset Management, and Change Management.
- Collaborate with technical experts to ensure effective integration with existing systems and tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing a CMDB in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (mandatory).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Service Management, with at least 3 years focused on CMDB-related work.
