Position Overview

  • Act as the primary liaison for Salesforce-related inquiries, enhancements, and projects, with a focus on real estate business needs.
Essential Skills

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to engage directly with clients and manage projects from initiation to completion independently.
  • Significant experience in daily client interactions and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Capable of leading weekly status update meetings with stakeholders.
  • Responsible for managing daily operational challenges related to processes and products.
  • Ability to oversee assigned technical resources for project execution and support.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture, including its advantages and constraints.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Sales Cloud products and their integration with third-party systems, particularly Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce administration, including user management, roles, profiles, organization-wide defaults, sharing rules, sandbox management, and package creation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce customizations through tools such as flows and process builders.
  • Strong grasp of financial concepts, particularly in Accounts Receivable, including receipts and transaction management (invoices, credit memos, debit memos, etc.).
