Main Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate heavy lifting operations.
  • Select and prepare suitable lifting equipment and cranes.
  • Conduct risk assessments to ensure safety.
  • Provide technical guidance to rigging and crane operators.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (LOLER, BS, ASME, ADNOC, Aramco).
  • Coordinate with site engineers, HSE teams, and project managers.
  • Monitor and control lifting operations.
  • Identify and implement improvements to lifting processes.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
  • Professional certification in LOLER, LEEA, or equivalent lifting standards.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in heavy lifting operations.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and load calculations.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment.
