Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Midwife to join our team at Mediclinic International. As a Midwifery Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating midwifery services and providing high-quality patient care in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Main Accountabilities:
  1. To coordinate midwifery services and provide patient care to antenatal, intrapartum, postpartum women, and neonates.
  2. To ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing, and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies and procedures.
  3. To facilitate positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
  4. To maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions according to company standards and legal requirements.
  5. To contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring, and coaching learners and nursing employees.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in midwifery or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of patient safety standards and protocols.
