Job Purpose:

To deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring the A380 Shower Spas are immaculately clean, personalised and ready for use by First Class customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitisation of Shower Spas, lavatories, First and Business Class Lounges, and general cabin areas to maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Personalise the Shower Spa experience for each customer, selecting and displaying products in a manner that delights and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Perform inventory control to ensure accurate loading of products, enabling efficient in-flight replenishments and a wide range of amenities for customers to enjoy.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a high-end hotel chain, airline, or world-class service provider.
  • Experience working in the hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping, is highly advantageous.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Minimum height of 160 cm and arm reach of at least 210 cm (on tiptoes) is required.
