About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a supervisory role and lead a team of housekeeping staff in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • To work closely with the Executive Housekeeper/Assistant Executive Housekeeper to implement company procedures and policies, maintaining exceptional standards throughout the hotel.
  • To directly supervise shifts in allocated areas, providing guidance and support to housekeeping staff as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 1 year's experience within a 5-star hotel or resort environment, preferably in a supervisory capacity within the Housekeeping department.
  2. Demonstrate excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal with guests and colleagues at all levels.
  4. Familiarity with PMS (Opera) and Microsoft applications, with a strong emphasis on organizational and time management skills.
  5. Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
