Job Summary:

AJMAN UNIVERSITY seeks a highly qualified Academic Faculty Member to join our team as a Prosthodontics Professor. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality courses, evaluating student progress, and conducting research in the field of Prosthodontics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching and Curriculum Development: Deliver courses to students in specified discipline areas of study, including Prosthodontics, and contribute to the development of curriculum materials.
• Student Evaluation and Support: Evaluate and monitor individual student progress, provide feedback to sustain student success, and maintain relationships with students conducive to learning.
• Research and Publication: Conduct high-quality research in the field of Prosthodontics and publish research outcomes in reputable journals and conferences.
• Campus Community: Ensure a respectful and culturally sensitive learning environment in all college-focused activities and establish effective work relationships across the organization and community.
• Professional Development: Actively seek out methods, procedures, and resources to best achieve course and lesson objectives and maintain expertise in the field of Prosthodontics.

Requirements:

• Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Prosthodontics or a related field.
• Proven teaching and research experience in Prosthodontics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
