Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all analytics activities on site and will be part of the maintenance group. The Video Analytics Expert will be responsible for Video Analytics (VA) application operation, VA planning and implementation of design concepts, as well as maintaining existing analytics detection rules in the system.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Configure VA roles following security operational requirements of the authorities and ensure the appropriate false alarm (FAR) and proof of design (POD) for each installation.
  2. Review all existing CCTV installations and identify potential candidates for VA.
  3. Review all existing VA configuration and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Establish procedures with the operator and security officer to alert in any FAR or non-detection problems.
  5. Submit reports for camera alignment and modification required activities.
  6. Collaborate with the maintenance team on CCTV activities, including cleaning cameras, setting up CCTV, and handling vegetation in the field of view.
  7. Implement new VA versions.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience with CCTV and Video Analytics systems, a strong understanding of Video Surveillance / Video Analytics / Security principles, and experience in Video Management Systems. The candidate should also have good communication and self-expression abilities in English, be able to self-study and work independently, and be a team player.
