Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer (Fitouts) to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a key member of our Site Supervision team, you will be responsible for overseeing the interior construction and finishing of buildings, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role:

  • You will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage onsite activities, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Oversee daily site operations ensuring that work is carried out according to plans and specifications.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all work meets the required standards and specifications.

  • Liaise with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process providing technical solutions as needed.

  • Evaluate and implement health and safety protocols onsite to protect workers and visitors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in site engineering with a focus on fitout within UAE on large hotel projects.

  • Proficiency in construction management software, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
