Job Summary
Wood Ranch is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom, ensuring that all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment are washed and sanitized to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized dishroom: Ensure that the dishroom is clean, well-organized, and free of clutter, with all equipment and supplies easily accessible.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, equipment, and utensils: Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment to the highest standards, using approved cleaning agents and procedures.
- Restock and replenish supplies: Restock and replenish all supplies, including cleaning agents, utensils, and equipment, as needed.
- Assist with food preparation and service: Assist with food preparation and service as needed, including washing and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks: Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including cleaning the dish machine, floors, and walls, and reporting any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the kitchen manager.
Requirements
