About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investment Advisor to join our team at Asterix Communications. As an Investment Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice and planning to our clients, including investments, banking products, and credit.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Build new relationships with clients through networking and cold calling, and develop existing relationships to increase client investment in our products and services.
  2. Financial Planning and Advice: Provide clients with expert financial advice and planning, including investments, banking products, and credit.
  3. Portfolio Management: Control and monitor the risk of a client's portfolio as a trusted adviser.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, and industry best practice.
  5. Product Knowledge and Support: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, economics, markets, and risk, and use this information to support clients by identifying concerns and opportunities.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with at least five years' experience within wealth management/financial services and with a real possibility of bringing a portable client base of offshore clients. Being fluent in a second language is advantageous. US Series 7 or equivalent is essential. Candidates must have experience in portfolio management, wealth structuring, financial planning, long-term relationship management, and with an international clientele. Knowledge of all investment products in all asset classes is essential, as well as an industry qualification.
