About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Sr. Architect Engineer to join our team, responsible for managing construction sites, supervising site engineers and technicians, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage construction sites, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress, identify potential risks, and address any concerns.
- Provide technical guidance and support to site engineers, technicians, and laborers to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a related field, with a minimum of 7 years in consultancy.
- Proven expertise in local building codes, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
