Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Trib3 Coach to lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports management and be able to effectively organize and coordinate team events and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Organization: Plan and execute sports events and practices, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Training Equipment and Facilities: Maintain and prepare training equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and effective training environment.
  • Team Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment of students for our program, ensuring a diverse and talented team.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for success.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student progress, training sessions, games, and performance statistics.
  • Budget and Planning: Assist with budget preparations and the development of training plans, ensuring a well-structured and effective approach.
  • Training and Supervision: Facilitate and supervise training sessions and individual workouts, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize travel arrangements, including transport, accommodation, and meals, for team members and staff.
  • Team Environment: Foster a positive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
