Key Responsibilities
  • Undergo comprehensive training and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Familiarize yourself with our company's policy on work shifts, guest possessions, and privacy issues.
  • Provide excellent housekeeping services, including changing linens, restocking amenities, vacuuming, dusting, and ensuring rooms are clean and tidy after guest departure.
  • Report and return any lost guest properties found in the rooms during service.
  • Notify supervisors of any property damage or commercial space issues.
  • Collaborate effectively with a team of housekeepers on each shift.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and store it securely at the end of each shift.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies.
  • Respond promptly to housekeeping-related issues, such as spills and broken glass.
  • Collect and remove trash and debris from common areas.
  • Log and report all lost and found items.
  • Clean upholstered furniture to a high standard.
  • Perform detailed deep cleans as required.
