About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager, Procurement to join our team at Kerzner International. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager, Sourcing in planning, organizing, and managing the company's business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform strategic sourcing activities of goods and services following policies & procedures and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Plan, schedule, initiate, monitor, and quality assure all procurement and contract activities.
  • Implement procurement strategy and policies, ensuring smooth functioning of the department.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with suppliers/service providers.
  • Ensure suppliers/service providers compliance on product quality, health & safety, and legal issues.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years' prior experience in successfully managing sourcing and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
