The Reservation Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless booking experience for our guests at Novotel Hotels. This position involves managing reservations with precision and care, while also providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reservations by adhering to the established procedures set forth by the brand.
  • Offer a warm and personalized welcome to all guests.
  • Accurately input reservation details to maintain data integrity.
  • Confirm reservations and ensure clear written communication.
  • Thoroughly oversee the administration of reservations to facilitate smooth check-in processes for the front desk team.
  • Communicate essential information to relevant departments and colleagues.
  • Convert inquiries into potential bookings whenever possible.
  • Present the brand's loyalty program to guests, tailoring the sales approach to meet individual customer needs.
Qualifications
  • Ideally possesses 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service or telephone support role.
  • Familiarity with reservations in the hospitality sector and distribution systems.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including desktop software and internet tools.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Educational background in hospitality or a related field.
