About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Maintenance Director to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in plant maintenance, leadership, and technical services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a multi-disciplined maintenance team, ensuring accurate maintenance schedules, and developing OEM contracts as directed by clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure effective maintenance operations
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop OEM contracts accordingly
- Author the maintenance section in weekly and monthly reports
- Work closely with CMMS/Planning Engineer to ensure maintenance routines are accurate and justified
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years' experience in oil and gas industry, preferably in plant maintenance or leadership role
- Proven track record of delivering maintenance projects on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and practices
- Degree in engineering or related field
