The Personal Shopper will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a portfolio of high-value clients, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth for MAJID AL FUTTAIM. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in the luxury retail industry, who can build strong relationships with clients, identify opportunities to increase sales, and provide personalized product recommendations that meet their lifestyle goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategies to recruit and retain high-value clients
* Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand their needs, preferences, and purchasing habits
* Provide tailored product recommendations, leveraging knowledge of current fashion trends and styles to meet client expectations
* Collaborate with the buying team to source products, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods
* Manage client relationships, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise and providing ongoing support to ensure long-term loyalty

Requirements
* Diploma or bachelor's degree in fashion, retail, or related field
* At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably as a personal shopper or stylist
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles
* Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and styles, including color coordination and styling principles
* Proficiency in using technology to track inventory, manage client information, and analyze sales data
