Je Taken

  • Je beheert een specifiek debiteurenportfolio en voert acties uit om niet-betalende klanten in te lichten en te motiveren om hun schuld te betalen.
  • Je ondersteunt de Teamleader Credit & Collections bij ad-hoc taken en draagt bij aan de verbetering van de kredietbeheersingsprocessen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitpluizen en in kaart brengen van administratieve problemen en draagt bij aan de oplossing ervan.

Je Profiel

  • Een eerste ervaring in debiteurenbeheer is noodzakelijk.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Microsoft Office en hebt kennis van een ERP-pakket en Oracle.
  • Je bent hands-on en communicatief sterk en hebt vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je combineert stressbestendigheid met doorzettingsvermogen en bent in staat om onder druk te werken.
