Key Responsibilities
  1. Drilling Fluids Management: Develop and implement effective drilling fluids management strategies to optimize drilling performance and minimize waste.
  2. System Monitoring: Monitor and maintain drilling fluids systems, including the drilling mud cleaning system, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  3. Fluid Optimization: Participate in the optimization of flushing fluids and cleaning equipment modes of operation to improve drilling efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Parameter Control: Ensure that biopolymer fluid parameters comply with work plans and recommend optimal operating modes for cleaning fluid stages.
  5. Reagent Treatment: Recommend treatment of drilling fluid with reagents to maintain optimal parameters and drilling fluid system properties.
  6. Fluid Replacement: Recommend the replacement of drilling fluid to maintain optimal parameters and drilling fluid system properties.
  7. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with labor discipline, technological, and safety regulations, as well as non-disclosure of confidential information.
  8. Waste Management: Minimize waste associated with draining fluids and work with drilling engineers and technicians to ensure a cost-effective drilling process.
  9. Drilling Support: Assist technicians during the drilling process and provide input in the selection of drill bits.
Requirements
  1. Expert Knowledge: Expert knowledge of fluid systems, drilling fluids, and drilling bits.
  2. Safety and Regulations: Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  3. Mud Logs: Ability to create detailed mud logs.
  4. Drilling Contaminants: Knowledge of different drilling contaminants, additives, and mud treatment.
  5. Waste Management: Proficient understanding of waste management.
  6. Technical Knowledge: Technical knowledge in mathematics, physics, geology, and chemistry.
  7. Extraction Techniques: Knowledge of various extraction techniques.
  8. IT Skills: Strong IT skills.
  9. Interpretational and Cooperation Skills: Interpretational and cooperation skills.
