The Role
This is a mid-senior level position responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Sales Account Manager, excellent communication skills, CRM and MS 365 proficiency, negotiation skills, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management or Sales within the UAE.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.* Identify new business opportunities through industry knowledge and pursue potential leads.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service and innovative solutions.* Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategies and optimize product offerings.* Achieve and exceed sales targets while demonstrating high levels of discipline, accountability, and professionalism.* Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, focusing on long-term growth and success.* Handle customer needs quickly and efficiently, providing necessary support and resolving issues.* Resolve disputes swiftly and effectively, providing solutions that satisfy both the client and Pet Watch's objectives.* Generate regular sales performance reports, analyzing successes and areas for improvement, and provide insights to team leaders and stakeholders.* Set sales targets and strategic recommendations for yourself and the team, shaping the direction of our sales efforts.
