We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant Neonatologist to join our team at SearchPlus HR. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to provide high-quality care to critically ill newborns in a dynamic and collaborative healthcare environment.

You will be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional care to our most vulnerable patients in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). As a Senior Consultant Neonatologist, you will play a key role in diagnosing, managing, and treating complex conditions while providing support and education to families.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics of neonates with medical issues.
  2. Develop and implement detailed treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  3. Administer medications and conduct critical interventions in the NICU.
  4. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  5. Educate and support families regarding their infant's health status and care plans.
  6. Participate in clinical research and quality improvement projects.
  7. Stay updated on advancements in neonatology to enhance clinical practices.

Requirements:

  1. Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with completed fellowship training in Neonatology.
  2. Board certification in Neonatology preferred.
  3. Active medical license to practice in relevant jurisdiction.
  4. Experience working in a NICU or comparable pediatric healthcare setting.
  5. In-depth knowledge of neonatal health issues and management guidelines.
  6. Effective communication skills for engaging with families and team members.
  7. Strong teamwork abilities in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.
  8. Capacity to remain composed and effective under pressure.
  9. Dedication to continual learning and professional development in the field of neonatology.
