About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Expansion Specialist to join our team at 2I. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities across various markets.
  • Analyze market trends, financial data, and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH.

Talent Development

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of commercial professionals.
  • Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.

Experience: At least 3-6 years of relevant experience in a commercial role.

Skillset: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
