- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations in the Middle East region, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes across departments.
- P&L Management: Hold full Profit & Loss as well as Balance Sheet responsibility for the profitability of the business unit in the region.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business science, or related field.
- Experience: Senior sales professional with extensive experience in the Middle East region, excellent sales management skills with at least 10 years of proven sales track record.
- Network: Solid network across industries in the Middle East.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in B2B industrial selling of equipment or components ideally to the Oil & Gas, Industrial, Defence, Marine, Construction, Energy sectors.
- Leadership Experience: Experience in leading a team in UAE or Middle East.
- Preferred Skills: Knowledge of pneumatic tools and equipment is preferred.
- Personal Qualities: Influential, empathetic, and competent with a good understanding of the Middle East market and culture.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues internationally.
- Negotiation Skills: Talented negotiator and able to demonstrate creativity, flexibility, rigor, and focus on profitability.
