We are seeking a Senior Policy Manager to join our team at Madison Pearl, a prominent player in the Middle East. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality economic reports and recommendations that inform policy decisions at local, regional, and national levels.

Job Description:
  • You will provide expert advice on the economic impact of proposed policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Your key responsibilities will include developing and delivering comprehensive economic research and analysis to support our goals.
  • Additionally, you will lead the development of macroeconomic and micro-economic models for forecasting, budgeting, and policy evaluation.
  • You will also contribute to strategic planning by providing economic insights that influence our priorities, resource allocation, and long-term objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need a PhD degree in Economics, Public Policy, or a related field, along with minimum 8-10 years of Middle East and International experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. You must have proficiency in econometric modelling, data analysis software, and familiarity with economic forecasting tools. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are necessary to synthesize large amounts of data and present clear, evidence-based recommendations.
