As a Cost Controller, you will play a crucial role in preparing estimates for all building, civil, MEP facilities and assisting the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) in resource, cost mapping of schedule activities and evaluation of rates, build and maintain cost database.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare cost estimates in verification of Contractor's estimates, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide support in verification of interim payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Carry out sensitivity analysis of program resourcing issues in support of project controls activities, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare estimates for the assessment of change both in terms of cost and resources, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Provide assistance in resource loading of schedules as required by planning and contracts teams for interim payment progress assessments, ensuring seamless project execution.
