Requirements:

  • Certified sommelier or equivalent certification (e.g. WSET, Level 2) is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-end, high-volume, award-winning restaurant/bar operations in Europe, the Middle East, or Asia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
