The Identity and Access Management Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of information security services to Etihad. This includes managing technical delivery of security services, overseeing manual Identity and Access Management services, and enforcing information security controls.
Key Responsibilities- Manage technical delivery of security services by managed security services providers, focusing on Identity Management, Privileged Identity Management, and Access Management.
- Oversee manual Identity and Access Management services delivered by Access Management Administrators.
- Review supplier-provided reports to ensure adherence to SLAs and provide primary support for information security operational requests.
- Collaborate with incident response team to respond to 24/7/365 security incidents as needed.
- Ensure the enforcement of information security controls to Etihad security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support information security investigation requests and report situational awareness status as requested.
- Deep knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management technologies and processes.
- A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with CISSP certification.
- Knowledge of Information Security operations tools, including Identity Management, Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and Directory Services.
