About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Shareholder Management Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex inquiries, and managing customer records.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. CMIS customer service front desk
  2. Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing information about shareholders services.
  3. Handles complex customer inquiries, resolves escalated complaints, and provides excellent service via phone, email, and in-person.
  4. May supervise staff, manage customer records, analyze trends, and prepare reports on customer service issues, and is responsible for responding to any complaints.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Ability to use MS Office.
  2. Ability to handle customer service.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

This role involves:

  1. Providing support to branches by answering and resolving their queries and problems encountered in daily activities.
  2. Handling various CMIS operations tasks such as custody updates, payments checking, verifying dematerialized shares, and processing payment transfers, among other tasks.
  3. Participating in the preparations for special projects such as AGM meetings, dividend disbursements & IPOs and ensuring compliance with ADIB policies & procedures, regulators' guidelines, and market standards.
  4. Handling both external and internal CMIS correspondence.
  5. Initiating process improvements, generating and implementing new ideas, and following up on the resolution of issues.
  6. Studying or working to improve selective areas of knowledge in the field of Shareholders Services.
