Responsibilities and Expectations:

  1. Contract Review and Negotiation:
  • Review, draft, and negotiate various legal contracts, including confidentiality agreements, vendor and independent contractor agreements, third-party access agreements, and other types of agreements as required.
  • Directly negotiate or support the negotiation of agreements to ensure terms are acceptable to Bain.
  • Clearly communicate assessment of legal issues to internal clients and/or the ME Assistant General Counsel.
  • Coordinate the review and feedback process with other stakeholders.
General Legal Support:
  • Provide support to other members of Bain's legal team on special projects as needed.

About You:

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) with 2+ years of experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts in a law firm or in-house setting.
  • Licensed to practice law in one of the ME countries.
  • Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, articulate, and hardworking.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-focused environment.
  • Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with global clients is preferred.
