Application Support Professional

We are seeking an Application Support Professional to ensure the stability of our SharePoint application and provide ongoing support services. This role involves delivering exceptional service delivery and maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for incidents and service requests.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, and at least 5 years of experience in a relevant technical position within large organizations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in application production support within the ITIL framework.
The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in:
- Application troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance
- Application performance tuning and optimization
- Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA
- Proactive monitoring and incident analysis
- Experience in workflow maintenance and configuration
Familiarity with SharePoint administration, web technologies such as C#.Net and JavaScript, and other Content Management Systems like SiteCore and WordPress is essential. Good understanding of MS Azure and Active Directory (AD), Oracle/MS SQL - SQL & Stored Procedures, and PowerShell/Unix commands is also required.
Bonus skills include knowledge of open-source applications/application components and application licensing.
