The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our products on-site. They will work closely with the technical service team to execute tasks efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.

The Technical Installation Specialist will perform various technical activities both on-site and internally to support customers and other departments. This includes:

  • Conducting physical installations on-site
  • Supervising subcontractors for large-scale site maintenance and installations
  • Handling preventive maintenance tasks for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)
  • Managing local purchases of materials for installation-related tasks
  • Providing hardware support for our products
  • Assisting the Solutions Engineer with Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and exhibition installations
  • Managing Local Company warehouse stocks of returned materials
  • Repairing faulty materials
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve company goals
  • Executing assigned tasks

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in a technical field, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience, proficiency in English, and strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
