Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual who can effectively communicate with customers, provide detailed information about our products, and promote our brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customers' questions and inquiries regarding available products.
  • Providing detailed information about the brand to assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
  • Introducing newly arrived products to customers and guiding them with the usage of the products as required.
  • Encouraging customers to make additional purchases to ensure that sales targets are met.
  • Ensuring that the 4Ps of marketing are kept into account.
  • Scanning each item ensuring that the correct price has been displayed and total all items.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas.
  • Ensuring that shelf stock is clean and that the stock is not expired or damaged.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A high school qualification or equivalent is a MUST. A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 3 years of previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
  • 3 years of previous experience in cosmetics and skin care products.
