We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business and Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, generating insights, supporting data-driven decision-making processes, and driving business strategies to enhance operations and customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. They will also possess strong communication skills to effectively convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Analyze complex datasets to provide insights and recommendations for business improvements.
  • Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through regular checks and audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
