Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Director to join our team at Amazon. As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of our Fulfillment Centre.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity of your department. You will be responsible for all budgetary, people development, and operations objectives for one functional area of our Fulfillment Centre.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing and leading a team of Process Assistants
  • Clients feedback is received and analyzed, then process changes implemented to enhance operational efficiency
  • Manage budgets to meet targets for cost savings in operating expenses such as power consumption, waste reduction, cleaning, maintenance and more.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

About You:

  • You have 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
  • You can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts
