Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team. This mid-senior level position is focused on driving sales growth and development within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of local business competition to gain a competitive edge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop market research and sales strategies
  • Aquire new customer leads through various methods, including phone calls, exhibitions, and presentations
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and partners to ensure strong relationships
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in roles such as Front Office Manager, Sales Manager, or S&M Director
  2. Proven experience in using Hotel Systems and POS systems
  3. Willng to travel nationally and internationally
  4. Results-oriented individual with excellent communication and entrepreneurial skills
  5. Ability to open doors and close deals
