From preparing IFRS-compliant financial statements to strengthening internal controls aligned with Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA) standards, your expertise will help steer strategic decisions and uphold M42's commitment to transparency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare consolidated M42 Group financial statements (quarterly & annually) in full compliance with IFRS
  • Review asset-level financials and provide oversight across period-end close processes and general ledger accuracy
  • Lead preparation of accounting position papers and group consolidation instructions/reporting packs
  • Oversee the implementation of financial policies and procedures across the organization
  • Supervise Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) and annual impairment testing for goodwill and indefinite-lived assets
  • Coordinate closely with auditors to ensure seamless and timely audits
  • Present insights and reports to the Audit Committee and Board
