This role involves overseeing the build out of facility-specific infrastructure in existing locations, ensuring 100% availability of mechanical and electrical services, and managing a team of engineers responsible for critical infrastructure maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of facility-specific infrastructure.
  • Lead a team of engineers in performing routine and emergency services on critical systems.
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure efficient and effective execution.
  • Collaborate with IT managers and other business leaders to optimize plant safety, performance, reliability and efficiency.
  • Negotiate and roll out contracts and define and audit SLAs.
  • Manage partnerships with vendors to ensure compliance with Madina Restaurant practices and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Relevant work experience in a Data Center or another mission-critical environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of critical facility equipment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
